Easy ways to make money
Easy Ways To Make MoneyThere are easy ways to make money in my opinion, but of course this means different things to different people. For example, do you want easy ways to make money right now, or ways to make the most over time with the least effort? These really are two very different things.Easy Ways To Make Money Right Now– Go get a job. Or just work more hours at your present job. Starting a business or learning to invest successfully isn’t easy. A job is easier. To be able to go to work and get a paycheck every week or two guaranteed – that’s easy!– Sell things. An easy way to make money quickly is to sell whatever you don’t need. Get rid of the second car, the boat you never use, etc. – Reduce expenses. Stop smoking, and learn how to spend less for all the things you buy. If you can spend $14 less each day on unimportant things, you save over $5,000 per year. That’s like making $7,000 more (you have to earn that much to have $5,000 after taxes).Easy Ways To Make Money – EventuallyThe job is easier than a business, but really only in the near-term. If you define easy as “the most money over time for the least effort,” you need to invest or start a business, or both. I’ve got two stories to demonstrate that idea.I bought my first home in my twenties, and it was just a mobile home on real estate, but I discovered that I could easily rent rooms. I was soon living for free as well as banking some of the money. This wasn’t a “get rich quick” scheme, but I made as much as $7,000 per year extra from my investment. I had to work to pay off the mortgage, but in the end I was working much less than my friends were.My second story has to do with this internet business. I spend a lot of time writing these articles now, and distributing them. People read them, click through to my web sites from the link at the bottom, and maybe buy a product that I get a commission on, or I get paid for the advertising clicks. Really, it is pretty easy now, but that’s not how it started.I worked full time from the start. Six months into it, I was making a net profit of about $2 per day. It was a bit discouraging. I had a lot to learn. Fortunately, I learned my lessons, and as it turns out, I was making something closer to $30 per hour for my time. I just wouldn’t be paid for the first year. Now the business pumps out the money I made from those earlier efforts, and keeps doing so even when I am on vacation. That’s the way it is with money. If you want more money than a job will provide, you have to invest or start a business. That may mean you work for a dollar per hour to start, so that you can easily collect $100 per hour, https://manuelucmv232.huicopper.com/10-tips-for-a-successful-entrepreneurial-pitch years down the road. If that sounds too discouraging, then maybe there are no easy ways to make money.

The Most Unusual BusinessesSince childhood I’ve had an interest in unusual businesses. I grew up with four brothers, and when it was time to vote for which television show we would watch, I sold my vote to the highest bidder. You could call that the business of politics. I collected the paper-wads that fell all over when my brothers had their wars, and then sold them back to them for a couple cents each. I was a war profiteer in the paper-wad wars. I also sold candy out of a hollow book in school. My business activities were more conventional as an adult, but I still loved to hear about and read about the more unusual businesses. Sitting around a fire in an Arizona desert, I once talked to a man who sold used stuffed animals on the side of the highway. He claimed he sold $3000 worth his first month. The Most Unusual BusinessesThen there was the guy I talked to in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who collected the bodies of dead deer. The county needed the deer carcasses off the roadsides for health reasons. They contracted with this guy for $25 per body. I’m not sure how he disposed of them, but maybe his other business was providing meat to dog food companies. When I was living in Traverse City, Michigan, someone started a dog poop cleaning business. Want the dog without the responsibility of cleaning the yard? Call A-1 Pooper Scooper. I’m not sure if this would be better or worse than the dead deer collecting business.Right here in Tucson, Arizona, there is a man who takes https://griffinzwoy469.wpsuo.com/walking-sticks-a-money-making-hobby leaves from palm trees and twists and turns them into amazing animal sculptures. He sells these for anywhere from $2 to $12 in the street. The palm-leaf scorpions are the best. He just grabs leaves from the nearest palm tree and he can sell dozens of these in a day.Unusual Online BusinessesMaybe you remember a few weird businesses from back before Ebay got all their rules. One woman made thousands per month selling used panties to fetishists. She bought new panties for her friends, who got them for free as long as they returned them to her unwashed, trading them in for the next new pair. The used and unwashed panties sold for $10 or more on Ebay auctions and they sold fast.Perhaps you have heard about the online fantasy role-playing game called “Runescape.” It has four million players now. What you might not know is that in addition to buying “virtual real estate” in the game, and earning online gold pieces, you can buy these game things for real cash. There are Runescape entrepreneurs who sell their online houses in the game for hundreds of real U.S. dollars. I think it would start to get confusing – what is real here and what isn’t?Then there was the guy in who decided last year to finance college by selling one million pixels of advertising space on his web page for a dollar per pixel. You had to buy a minimum of 100 pixels and you could have any image you wanted linking to anywhere you wanted. He succeeded in selling all one million within a few months. Maybe it’s time for me to get back into unusual businesses.

How to Save Thousands with an S CorporationHow to Save Taxes with an S CorporationEver wondered why so many small businessesmore than 3,000,000 at last countoperate as an S corporation? Simple. An S corporation saves business owners big taxes in three separate ways:First, as compared to regular corporations (sometimes called C corporations), S corporation owners can use the businesss losses incurred during the early lean years on the owners personal returns as deductions. For example, suppose a new S corporation suffers a $20,000 loss its first year and that the corporation is equally owned by two shareholder-employees, Smith and Jones. Smith and Jones each get a $10,000 business deduction on their individual tax returns because of the S corporation loss. This $10,000 deduction might save them each as much as $4,000 in federal and state income taxes.A second, big S corporation benefit: As compared to almost every other business form, S corporations can save their owners self-employment or Social Security/Medicare taxes. Suppose, for example, that Adams, Brown and Cole independently each own businesses that make $90,000 a year in profits. Each business owner may pay $13,000 in income taxes. But, unfortunately, thats not the only tax they pay. Each owner also pays self-employment or Social Security/Medicare taxes. For example, Adams operates his business as an LLC and therefore pays 15.3%, or roughly $13,500, in self-employment taxes on his profits.Brown operates his business as a C corporation which pays all of its profits to him as a salary. Accordingly, Brown (through his corporation) also pays 15.3%, or roughly $13,500, in Social Security and Medicare taxes.Coles situation is different. Cole operates his business as an S corporation which means that Cole can split his $90,000 of profits into two payment amounts: salary and S corporation distributions. Suppose that Cole says only $40,000 of his profits are salary and takes the other $50,000 as a dividend distrbution. In this case, Cole pays the 15.3% Social Security/Medicare tax only on the $40,000 in salary. Cole therefore pays roughly $6,000 in Social Security/Medicare taxesand annually saves $7,000 in taxes as compared to Adams or Brown.S corporations also, sometimes, provide a third form of tax savings because S corporations dont pay corporate income taxes. This means that S corporations avoid the often-talked about double-taxation problem. However, the no corporate income taxes benefit often isnt a savings for small corporations and their owners. But let me explain. Suppose that two corporations each earn the same pretax profit of $100,000 and are owned by Ms. DaVinci who pays the highest federal income tax rate of 35%. One corporation is an S corporation and the other is a C corporation. The S corporation can distribute the entire $100,000 in profits to DaVinci as dividends because there is no corporate income tax. DaVinci then pays $35,000 in personal income taxes on the S corporation profits, which means she nets $65,000 in after-tax profits from the S corporation. In comparison, the C corporation cant pay the entire $100,000 in profits to DaVinci. The C corporation first pays $22,250 in corporate income taxes. When the C corporation pays the remaining $77,750 to DaVinci as a dividend, DaVinci pays another $11,663 in 15% dividend taxes on the C corporation profits. This means that DaVinci nets roughly $66,000 in after-tax profits from the C corporation profits. In this case, DaVinci saves money with a C corporation in spite of having to pay the corporate income tax.How to Get S Corporation BenefitsTo create an S corporation and receive S corporation tax savings, you need to do two things: First, you must incorporate the business either as a regular corporation or as a limited liability company. Second, you need to make an election with the IRS to have the corporation or LLC treated as an S corporation. The S election is made with form 2553, available from the www.irs.gov web site. Note that some states (such as New York) require a separate state S election.A final tip: S corporations can save you thousands of dollars annually, but your tax savings cant start until you elect S corporation status. If youre https://tysonsboh941.trexgame.net/six-ways-for-kids-to-make-money interested is electing S status to save on taxes for next year, you may want to call your tax advisor or attorney right now!
